Refund Policy退款政策

Refund requests must reach us at least three calendar days before the event begins on 10 October 2026.退款申请须于活动在2026年10月10日开始前至少三个日历日送达。

Eligibility退款资格

Late requests, no-shows, partially used packages, redeemed vouchers, lost QR codes, change of mind, or alcohol service refused for legal, eligibility or safety reasons are not refundable. This does not affect rights required by law. If the organiser cancels the event, eligible purchasers will receive instructions for a refund.逾期申请、未到场、部分使用的配套、已兑换兑换券、遗失二维码、改变主意，或因法律、资格或安全理由被拒绝供酒，均不予退款；法律规定的权利不受影响。如活动由主办方取消，符合资格的购买者将收到退款指示。

How to Request如何申请

Contact Farmer's Bar through its official customer-service channel and provide the booking reference, purchaser name, mobile number and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank and gateway processing times apply.请通过 Farmer's Bar 官方客服渠道联络我们，并提供预订编号、购买者姓名、手机号码及原因。获批准的退款将通过原付款方式退回，处理时间视银行及支付网关而定。
